A Registered Non-Profit Making a Difference

Decision Foundation (DF) is a registered non-profit organisation headquartered in Iringa Region, with active branches in Dodoma and Dar es Salaam. Since our founding in 2022, we have been strategically positioned to support Tanzania's government development initiatives while contributing to global efforts to stimulate sustainable growth.

We undertake assignments in consultancy and capacity building — from Operations and Project Management to Monitoring and Evaluation — across functional, matrix, and projectile organisations. We also link SMEs with financial institutions, markets, suppliers of machinery, and professionals to accelerate economic growth.

Our approach is rooted in creating an environment that ensures successful learning from start to finish — delivering world-class hands-on skill experiences that enable our stakeholders to fulfil their objectives.

AVOCADO FARMING TRAINING
AVOCADO FRUITS FARMING TRAINING At the end of this topic students will be able to:  Turn fruit trees into a reliable income source end employment.  To select high-demand Avocado fruit seedling  Know the importance of proper soil and water analysis for preparation farm plan.  To raise and select quality seedlings that perform strong productive avocados.  Know correct transplanting techniques that reduce losses through week plants.  Prune tree and increase yield and fruit quality.  Control pests, diseases and protect the Avocado trees.  To graft and learn budding techniques for faster and better production.  To manage your Avocado trees for continuous productivity.  To harvesting and maintain quality and market value through the value chain.  To handle and store the fruits for at least 3 months. THIS PROGRAM will be available by this May 2026
